You may return a watch within 14 days of the original purchase date if the following conditions are met:
The watch is in original condition and has not been worn.
All tags, stickers and protective covers are intact.
(If the protective cover has been removed, we must regretfully deny your request as this is a violation of our return and exchange policy.)
The watch comes with the original packaging, including box and instructions.
Provide valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
Refund Process：
Contact our customer service team to initiate the return process. Please share a picture or video of the watch with us.
Once approved, please carefully package the watch and all accompanying items and ship it back to us using a tracked and insured shipping method. (Please use local courier or EMS shipping only)
Once we receive and inspect the returned watch and confirm that it meets our return conditions, we will process your refund within 5 business days. The refund will be issued via the original payment method.
2. Exchange Policy

You can request an exchange for another watch within 30 days of the original purchase date if the following conditions are met:

Once we receive and inspect the returned watch and confirm that it meets our exchange conditions, we will send you the requested replacement watch. Any price difference will be charged or refunded accordingly.
3. Warranty and Repair Policy
Warranty
All watches sold by Royal Watch Store are covered by a 2-year limited warranty. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and malfunctions under normal use. The warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse or unauthorized repairs.
